Our food was lukewarm, this is not the first time it has happened. I don’t think we will get it delivered again. Will try picking it up and see if it makes a difference

Amazing food. The chicken pakoras, amongst the best I’ve had.

Good fish and chips

As I attended immediately after ordering I expected fresh cooked food which was not. The fish batter was soggy the fish was cold having been cooked well before and lying for too long. The chips were soggy. The battered mushrooms were full of tiny bits of mushroom and bits of batter. All in all poor.

I ordered 5 meals. 2 were not great. Both burgers had salad that looked past it best & tasted past it's best. Very disappointing when you've spent £15 on two meals. I would only order again from Sofias as I have had meals previously and they are normally much better quality.

All ready tk pick up. Freshly cooked and hot. Very good portion sizes.

Ordered an extra chilli sauce and was charged for it but it was not delivered this is not the first time this has happened. Food was delivered over 30 minutes later than advised

Great service and tasty food.

Delivery took 1 hour and 40 minutes. Food was freezing when it had eventually got here and it looked like someone had sat on my chip box. Poor show.

Amazing quality food and service everytime, absaloute gem

Another lovely meal. Ordered the salad pitta for the first time and it was delicious! Lovely fresh and crunchy salad, with lots of things packed in. Kids delighted with their lollipops too, thank you.

Usually good, but today the chips were undercooked. Most were just a bit pale but some were still raw, or at least a bit crunchy.

Both meals were just warm. Not nearly hot enough.

We so enjoy Sophia's meals, in particular their fish supper, and pizzas - always delicious. Delivered on time, or earlier, by their very pleasant driver.
